Agreement
By using dannysalinas.co, submitting a coaching application, booking a call, or purchasing coaching, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase the program.
Coaching services
The private relationship coaching program runs for 90 days and includes 12 weekly private coaching calls, the CALM Method, ongoing feedback on communication and boundaries, direct text access between calls, personalized practices and exercises, a 30-day integration plan, and one additional month of messaging support after the program.
Coaching is an educational and personal-development service. It is not therapy, medical care, mental health treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or emergency support. Danny does not diagnose or treat any condition. You remain responsible for your choices, relationships, health, safety, and results.
Results and participation
No particular relationship, personal, financial, or other result is promised. Results depend on your circumstances, decisions, effort, and factors outside Danny's control.
Pricing and payment
The 90-day coaching program is offered at $5,000 paid in full or three monthly payments of $1,800, plus any applicable taxes. Your selected payment option will be confirmed in your checkout or written coaching agreement. By purchasing, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented to you.
If you choose installments, the plan is a fixed payment commitment, not a cancel-anytime membership. Stripe will charge the payment method you provide according to the schedule shown before purchase. Billing ends after the final scheduled payment and does not automatically renew into another coaching term.
If you stop participating, any remaining scheduled payments are still due unless applicable law requires otherwise or Danny agrees to a change in writing. If a serious issue affects payment, email danny@dannysalinas.co before the next charge.
Refunds
Payments are non-refundable once made, except where required by law or agreed by Danny in writing.
Scheduling and communication
You are responsible for scheduling and attending sessions. If you need to reschedule, give as much notice as possible. Direct messaging support continues for one additional month after the 90-day program. Repeated missed sessions, abusive conduct, harassment, threats, or misuse of private communication channels may result in coaching access being limited or ended. Any payment rights required by law remain unaffected.
Confidentiality and privacy
Danny will treat coaching conversations as private and will not intentionally share them outside the delivery and administration of the service, except with your permission, when required by law, to prevent serious harm, to obtain professional or legal advice under confidentiality, or to protect legal rights. Coaching is not covered by therapist-client or attorney-client privilege.
Intellectual property
The website, program materials, exercises, recordings provided by Danny, and the CALM Method are owned by Danny Salinas or used with permission. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use program materials for your own participation. You may not reproduce, sell, publish, teach, or distribute them without written permission.
Website availability and third parties
The website and third-party services may sometimes be unavailable or change. Stripe, Calendly, and other linked services operate under their own terms. Danny is not responsible for a third party's independent acts or outages.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Danny Salinas is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the website or coaching services. Total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the service connected to that claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated for future use of the website or future purchases. Material changes will not retroactively reduce rights attached to a completed purchase where the law does not allow it.
